CONSUMER BEWARE! MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP ENTRY DOES NOT WORK! I signed up for this car wash a few months ago and the manager I spoke with was very great with their customer service. He was super friendly and the value of the car wash was only $20 a month unlimited. It was so good I also put my second vehicle on a month plan and loved it, at first.nnThe main problems was the tag machine wouldn’t work, and let me in. I would have to back my car up some, move forward and try to get it to read the tag. After a few weeks that stopped working all together, I would have to flag someone down to open the gate which requires me to get out of my car, get around the machine and go find someone to open the gate so I don’t have to pay for a wash that was supposed to be paid. It was awkward to have to do that and hold people up behind me. It was fixed for a few more weeks and then the same issue happened.nnThe same guy that signed me up was outside, I came in and of course the tag wouldn’t work. He told me the owner was there and to let him know it’s a frequent problem. Apparently the owner is too cheap to fix the machine or just replace it with a better system. I got my car washed, left and tried to call. A kid answers the phone, I ask for the owner and he declined to transfer me to him. I was told to call him, and this 16 year old worker wouldn’t transfer me. I turned around and decided to speak with the owner in person. That would be a mistake.nnI parked and the owner, unknown to me, comes outside. I asked to speak with him, and originally I think this is the kid that just declined my phone call. The owner, says “Why do you need to speak to the owner?” and doesn’t identify himself as the owner. Instead of saying, “I’m so and so, the owner, how can I help? (You know, customer service type stuff). I tell them the guy at the gate told me to talk to him and tell him about my tag. I want to speak to the owner, and only then he identifies himself. What a coward.nnWe go to their computer and he blames my tag as the issue. I know they’re already removed it, added it and fixed the tags prior due to the numerous issues I’ve had with the service. Mainly due to the owner being shady and the system not working, I felt it was best to just cancel and take my money elsewhere.

Great car wash. Wish they had a few more spots to vacuum because they were all full!

You spend 20$ you expect a great wash! The wash didn’t dry my car at all had to dry it with my cloth. My rims weren’t washed at all it seemed like they were dirtier like greasy. Slimy. Had to wipe those. I go to the wash so I don’t have to do it! You pay for something you except to get it and you didn’t hit the mark on this one. Also the vacuum doesn’t even have any power. Seems like a rip off car wash. Won’t be going back. Also got grease from my rims on my pants. Not only did my car get worse but my clothes too.

Rick is the best. He got me on the $20.00 monthly plan 3 weeks ago. I have been going every day. Can’t beet the deal. You get $20 car wash every time.

Didn't have change which isn't a problem but for the price it should have been better had to go home and finish wash was great vacuum not so good
