The same lady who was there when I dropped off was there for my pickup. She was polite and efficient. I did a quick look see and my shirts and trousers looked like they did a nice job.nI would use them again.nLooks like they are associated with Port City Cleaners in Mobile, AL.
Ruined my suit pants by washing them with someone's pen. Lied by saying they would replace them, I asked for the whole suit to be replaced since it is unusable. It has been over 18 months and many conversations and 2 letters without any compensation or even the return of my pants. Needless to say I don't use them anymore. Would give 0 stars if could....

Counter staff very polite and always cheerful. If clothes are not right they are very happy to redo.
Will never go back. Unprofessional staff. Brought in brand new suit to be spot checked and freshened and picked it up with pet hair ALL over the suit and a REALLY BAD press job. The lapels had wrinkles all along the edges. Called to make them aware of their shortcomings and the manager was not very concerned about it. Would NEVER recommend them!! Sorry excuse for dry cleaners!!
