Very nice service, always very friendly, very surprised by the young man that helped me, he was very polite and patient, couldn’t of been more than 20, wasn’t expecting someone his age to be like that

This review is not about the Glenville store. The staff at the Glenville store are decent folks. Trudy Collins, with the corporate office in Spencer was pompous and very condescending. Her poor communication skills have turned me from giving Hardman’s any further business. Her arrogance made any logical/business reasoning/conversation impossible and maddening. Lowe’s and Home Depot will have my business from now on. Thousands of future dollars lost because of one person’s attitude....smh.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Lots of remodeling and added products. We are lucky to have this nice of a supply store in Glenville. Way more than a hardware store. Check local people you will be pleasantly surprised

Two things you don't see very often that I appreciate are the Veterans parking spot and the brown paper bags.
