Sales pitch is a scam . Tricked into signing 5 year contract after being told that they would work with us if things didn't work out. After paying them religiously for 2 years even after we tried to return them I just got fed up and asked for the payoff so we could be done with them. They sent a bill for $4500.00. Just make sure you realize what you are signing and don't take anything they tell you verbally as part of the deal.
We have used Unifirst's services for several years now. Services are great. Their employees are some of the most helpful and respectful people that I have encountered.
