Very friendly staff and the owner, Jose Saenz is as good as they come. Go by and visit them for your DIY projects in Presidio.
This facility has the most friendly and attentive and informative staff of any hardware store I've ever been to. Jose and his team will bend over backwards to accommodate their customers. Acts that are rare and hard-to-find across the country today.
I used to work at this establishment and the staff became my family with their warm and embracing attitudes. Jose and the his staff are great people and help their customers achieve their projects with the amazing knowledge they have, and will not stop till they achieve what you came into the store for. One will not find a better hardware store to shop at, that has a lot of the things one might be looking for with the amazing customer service one has a hard time finding now a days at many other establishments.
Probably the best business in Presidio. Jose and Lourdes Saenz are beautiful people and do a great job.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Been a customer for years and they always get what I need even if they have to special order the item.
