This was my first time using this company and my experience was great. First their customer service was very professional and was very understanding of my needs. When the technician came out he was very informative and kept me up date with any issues that were found. The one thing I appreciate is the honesty that this company gave me. I would definitely use them again.

Lina Kay was so wonderful to work with. She called prior to arrival, did a diagnostic test and troubleshot the problem. She was able to fix it and in no time, I was able to enjoy a hot shower! Thank you so much ma’am for helping me out today. She made my holiday weekend. Happy Easter Ms Lina. Thanks again!

Called first thing in the morning & within 2 hours Joaquin Parada was at my house. He was super helpful & answered all of my questions. Plus he got my A/C back up in running. I have another issue that I need to have looked at & I am calling Darville this afternoon to set that up. The were very fair in their pricing. Will be my new go to company. Thank you Joaquin. The Darville Company are wonderful folks to work with. They are quick to respond to service calls and always present themselves in a professional manner. They’ve shown themselves to be qualified and the best part is they are honest and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied at a reasonable cost. Jesse, Keith, Dan and Joaquin are always helpful and courteous. The ladies who answer the calls, Glenda and Wendy are always so hospitable and extremely organized. What an awesome crew!! I highly recommend.

I have used Darville for my sewer and A/C unit. They have always done me a fantastic job. When they say they are gonna be there they will be there. Plus they don’t leave until the customer is happy and satisfied. They are a lot more professional than some other companies in the same area.
