I was sent an ad for TRS by my wife to see if this was a good alternative to repairing our sink problems in our house. We knew the line had collapsed under the slab under our living room and was not looking forward to a hole being cut through our floor. We have tile throughout the house and have know idea if we could match it when it was broken up for repair. We set up a time for someone to come out and do an estimate, Aaron, I believe, and he was proficient and professional. After agreeing on the cost, a team was sent to do the work. Miguel, Dillon, and Ethan came out and went right to work. All three men were professional and ready to explain everything in a way I could follow. I enjoyed watching them and listening to what they had to say. I will be requesting these men again on any future plumbing needs. Thank you all for such great work in very little time. We are so glad we did not have to go through the floors and grateful for your courtesy and professionalism.
Last Friday, we noticed some fresh water damage to the panel flooring between our master bathroom and bathroom. We called TRS and they were able to use their camera to determine that the cause of the issue was root intrusion from a tree growing all the way out in our alley. TRS was able to make the necessary repairs within about an hour!
Called because I had a leak. Tiffany was super helpful getting me set up with an appointment. I ended up having a slab leak Miguel and Dillion showed up on time and helped to locate and repair the leak they were professional and answered all my questions. I will call TRS for all my future plumbing needs. They have great customer service and made the whole process a lot more bearable.
They were punctual and found the source of the water leak. The cost for the plumbing repair was very fair.
I have had several crews from TRS over to diagnose and fix plumbing issues in the last two months. Miguel and Dillon were by far the best crew ever - they diagnosed the problem and found more problems that were overlooked or missed before. They were professional and friendly and punctual and patient as they explained things to me. Awesome job guys !
