Good service
I love their fajita burritos and chocolate cake. The wait can be crazy, but for good food...you just gotta hang out for a bit. Enjoy! Namaste.
Two stars because my beans had no flavor and my sweet tea was unsweetened. They also forgot part of my order. Other than that the staff was friendly and my order came out very quick.
This is by far my favorite Rosas in Odessa! All the staff is very professional, they take your order and serve you quickly and the restaurant is always clean even the restrooms. I have never been disappointed by Rosas and I will never get tired of their food! My family and I love it and will continue going here ♥ufe0f
As of today I am no longer visiting this Rosas. I went in the other day to buy food on my way home. I live about 15 miles outside of Odessa and stopped to get food. I get all the way home and these incompetent workers forgot to put my entire order in the bag. I’m upset because this isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this location. They obviously don’t double check the orders and rush people through the drive in windows to get them out of the way. I called the store and all they told me was they would give me a discount next time I came in. Well a discount doesn’t help me eat the food that I purchased. I then called the general manager and he stated that he would send me a gift card to make up for it. Well that was never sent either. They obviously hire kids who don’t know how to fill an order and don’t know how to check each order to make sure it’s correct before it’s given out. The problem starts from the top up, it’s upper managements responsibility to train their employees and they aren’t training them on how to fill an order and how to check it before it’s handed out the drive thru window.
