So freaking slow. A fast food restaurant should never takr 45 minutes to get through the drive through. Orders were being filled out of order and they are way under staffed. If your in a hurry do not go to this taco bell it is not worth the time. Honest never been as annoyed in my life with the way they handled the customers.

This has to be the slowest fast food drive thru I have ever encountered. Forty minute wait times when there is eight cars in front of you is ridiculous. I could drive all the way to Midland for fast food and get faster.

We own a business close by and eat here all the time, the last four times have been pretty bad. Never fails one order comes out before the other and someone hast to wait. Every time you haft to literally beg for napkins, forks, hot sauce or anything! And it’s probably not a good idea to have the kitchen area exposed to public eyes, kinda makes you not want to eat here when you can see everyone eating and messing around in the back.

My husband just ordered a burrito supreme, tacos, and a nacho bel Grande. The nacho bel Grande had only meat and cheese on it. No sour cream, no onions, no tomatoes, no beans. He tried to take it back and get his money back. The manager said no, we can't do that! He said we can make you another one. Nope, it was absolutely nasty!!! The meat was bad and it made me sick to my stomach. They would not refund my husband's money . So, he threw there so called nasty nachos in there trash can. The manager was also very rude and hateful to my husband. I am very disappointed with Taco Bell here in Odessa Texas. Nastiest food I've ever eaten.

They dnt even deserve 1 star every time i go there they forget something i have to waste gas to go back thats the worsts restaurant in odessa they need new management and workers
