I went to my previous cleaners for years, then it's just got consistent bad, so I found these guys, at first it seemed like they were going to be my new cleaners. The people are very friendly, the prices are great, and they were always good about having most everything ready the next day. Then every single pair of jeans I took in had crinkles pressed and starched in the legs, in random places, the seems were nowhere near lined up so the creases were way off, THEN I took in 4 brand new pairs of jeans and 2 out of the 4 came back to me with the previously mentioned problems, AND the dang zippers were busted. There is a small hole in the zipper flaps that makes me think they slammed the press on them, or something. One zipper was squished and broken so bad it had to be replaced, which they charged me for, the next pair I found the zipper is squished to where I can't zip it or unzip it. I can't speak to shirts as I didn't take any, but I wouldn't take my jeans/pants there for sure.
