Promised 24 hour turn around on the phone, and again when dropping my clothes off. Any time after 5:30pm I was told. The next day at 6pm my pants are missing and my shirt is at another dry cleaners with a different name on the other side of town. PANTS MISSING. This put me in a huge bind because I had an important meeting the following day in Dallas, where I'm from. Was promised I'd hear from the owner regarding the pants. I still haven't.nBad bad bad.
Always very nice, great prices and clothes are done quickly.

Way to expensive for the crappy service we got
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! I gave them a new comforter that had never been washed and in perfect condition. Since it was fairly expensive I decided to pay a professional to dry clean it rather than throw it in the wash at home. Unfortunately there are no professionals associated with this business, I got the blanket back ruined with snags all over. I talked to the manager Maxine and she told me that they had accidentally over charged me and said she would take a look at the blanket and call me back. Two weeks later and had not heard from her so I called her back only to get an attitude and she told me that there is no way that they did it and that I must have been lying about it being that way. Like I said it had never been washed since it was only six months old and looked brand new. She ended the call by hanging up on me never offering to fix where they had overcharged me and did not even offer to at least refund the cost of the washing.
