I travel around the permian basin and go to several different mighty wash locations. MW#2 in Odessa is truly #1. I always get the best car wash there.
First time going. It was packed but it was pretty fast service.. Employees very polite, energetic, and greeted beautifully. Overall great service.
Never ever ever will I use this car wash again. They dry washed my car, no water or soap dispensed on my car whatsoever, just dry brushes moving the dirt around on my car. They allowed me to go back through and soap was dispensed, but only rinsed one time leaving soap all over my car. I pulled around to talk to someone and someone came out and sprayed my car with a bottle and washed it with a rag. He told me that was the best he could do. No manager ever came to speak to me until I requested one, I got a refund but they cared nothing about the scratches on my car, they said they were aware of the situation but corporate will not let them shut down. Absolutely horrible service, I could not believe what I was hearing and seeing.
It was OK. The staff was great, the air freshers that's offered where awesome and the free vacuum nice too. The wash was the issue. It was meh. Left big water dry spots. Not cool.
Great place to get a wash. They try their best to get bugs off with any wash and they hand dry it before you leave! I haven't seen a tunnel wash that does that. If you want more services after the wash, their staff is helpful and can get you in and out quickly.
