Replacement of main feed transition fitting.nHad a two man team worked well together. My questions before (estimator) during and after were answered thoughtfully and completely. Every step was exactly as promised. No extra charges or surprises along the way. Plumbing is clearly not a discount operation but very very happy with work quality and timeliness.

We identified a problem early in the week and scheduled to have two water heaters replaced. Unfortunately this day turned out to be the coldest day in Austin for 30 years, but the technician, Andy Garcia, was incredible. He was thorough, courteous and maintained great spirit throughout a job lasting many hours into the dark. We believe we called the right company and they sent us such a decent and professional team member to our home. Throughout the process communication with the office and other in the team was excellent. Oh, and the reason we called out Benjamin Franklin was simple: we had seen their trucks out on the road and it was easy to think of them. Online reviews were strong and I hope this one also speaks to all their qualities. Great job and thank you.

Andy Garcia from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of North Austin is the best plumber I've ever worked with. He is professional. He is personable. He took the time to explain to me all the steps he needed to do in order to fix my repair. Right now is a crazy busy time for plumbers and you couldn't tell by interacting with him. He went out of his way to make sure I knew exactly what was happening and took care of the issue immediately. Andy has secured me as a customer of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. This sort of customer service is something you don't see very often. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Wayne Redmond with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out to my house to make a few repairs. He showed up exactly at 11 am which was the anticipated schedule and I was happy about that. First, Wayne repaired a gas leak at my cooktop replacing necessary supply line, etc. Super happy about that! Next, he replaced our kitchen faucet and installed a new garbage disposal and repaired the valves on both water heaters. Wayne was professional, courteous and honest. He did a great job on all repairs. We will not hesitate to call Wayne at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again. :)

Andrew was great. Hard worker, and skilled. Goes a long way with me. Great attitude. I had no water to the house so I appreciate the quick service. It was a tough job, leak under the side walk, but he knocked it out with no problem. Good job. Thank you.
