I always enjoy the food at subway, it's one of my favorites. Today was the first time I ordered using the app. I think the team got flustered when a bunch of people walked in just after my order printed. And instead of working on orders as they came in, the team preferred to work on walk in customers. So a 10 - 15 minute wait turned into nearly 45 minutes. But the food was correct and good, so thank you for that. The team just needs to focus on doing orders as they come in.

The place was very clean which was great, they have stickers on the floor for social distancing and even put tables in between the counter and the customer for covid friendly precautions. However, one of the employees was taking a phone order and took off his mask where they were preparing the food for in store customers. He then moved to the back and pus his mask back on. :/

Ordered online, did not receive subs as ordered. Got home and noticed they did not give me the extra veggies I had asked for. Emailed the owner and she said they it would not have fit in the bread due to me also paying for double meat. Owner then proceeded to tell me to order a salad, how rude! If they knowingly made my subs not to order, they should have alerted me when I went to pick up the food, not have me find out when I get home and ready to eat only to be surprised with an upset dining experience. Then the audacity of the owner to tell me to order a salad. Am I that fat?
