Stopped at this Whataburger the other day during lunch hour and ordered a double BBQ Bacon Burger with an extra patty and extra cheese. Got my order and opened the burger to add salt and pepper. The two bottom patties were smaller and not as fresh looking as the top patty. I went ahead and ate it, and it wasn't any better then it looked.nnI started to leave a bad review, then decided to let the manager know before posting from the safety of anonymity. I don't see the point of complaining to the world and not giving the folks that may have erred the opportunity to learn from the mistake.nnSo I went back and asked to speak with the manager. She was most apologetic and offered to make me another burger, which I declined. She kept insisting and eventually gave me a voucher for another burger at a later date.nnI went back today and presented April my voucher. For that, I got the best Whataburger I've had in a long, long, time.nnIf something goes amiss in your order, being a bit nice and understanding might go a long way.

Due to some crazy hours at the office thought I would treat my family in one week twice to Whataburger meals.nnBoth times the orders had:nn1. Missing combo and a plain cheeseburger with all the fixings. Called and drove (24 minutes round trip) to replace items. Should have checked the bags.n2. Combo messed up again another out of my way trip. This time I checked the bags but burger had item unwanted that I couldn’t see.nnMaybe it’s my bad luck but geez it’s annoying to have to go back and forth. Disrupt dinners with the family since I have to leave to have order done right. Combos are almost 10 each. I still recommend for the taste of food - not healthy but good. However, I think our family will take a break from visits. I will give kudos to staff though for being kind to fix and at least having nice employees with good customer service.

-- Updated Review --nThe quality has gone downhill since Pandemic. My reviews are based on Mobile order with curbside pickup option experiences. You order Double Whataburger with Bacon and Cheese but receive a regular burger. Sometimes with a single patty when you ordered double (two patties). Another time, you order Jalapeno and cheese Whataburger, but you get a regular Whataburger. You order combo meals, but you are missing French fries. You order kids meals, but they forget to include kids drink. Most time, I noticed the missing items when I get home.nnI understand this location is very busy, but they just make mistake after mistakes. I am missing items or getting wrong items almost every other time. Please improve training or hire more people.nn-- Original Review ---nThe employees are actually very nice at this fastfood restaurant. They actually come and update you if the food is taking long time during the busy hours.nnMany fastfood restaurants (mainly McDonald's) hire high school students who really don't care about customers or quality, but this place was different. This restaurant also has young staffs (high school students?), but they are actually very courteous which was a pleasant surprise. I recommend this Whataburger location.
