The staff was great, and the young man helping me out had a most excellent bedside manner. The only unpleasant part of the whole thing was beyond their control... The procedure I needed done wasn't covered by BCBS... Go figure, I guess paying for cancer is cheaper than preventing it... Who knew?
Been using them for about 7 years. Take in morning pick up at night. Because of my schedule I sometimes miss the 7p close for pick up. Only reason giving 4 stars. Other than that, good service.
I have tried other dry cleaners and I come back here for two reasons. First, they do a really good job. Second, and most importantly, they do a really good job at a really good price.
I have been coming here for quite some time now--at least 2 1/2 years bringing loads of clothing in each month. I love the friendliness of the staff and the fact that things can be cleaned so quickly. I have had two items misplaced in the time frame of being a customer, but that stuff is going to happen; it's the way they have taken care of the issues that matters to me. I have been credited the exact amount of the lost items and have not had to deal with any argument over the matters. I left another local cleaner for being downright rude about misplacing my item and me (God forbid), wanting them to credit for having lost it. This place is great, and as long as they keep up the way they're running things, I will stay a client.
