Used Fresh Floors for a move out carpet cleaning and WOW! I was impressed. My carpets looked better than they did when I moved in. George was on-time, professional and very friendly. I highly recommend Fresh Floors for all your needs. AMAZING company.

If you would have told me that our carpets for our church building were dark blue I likely would have said you were crazy. But after Crystal's Team worked their magic - these carpet floors looked BRAND new. First off, the entire process was seamless and painless. Crystal provided an up-front quote, virtually with a 24 hour business day turn around time. The quote was well within what we were expecting to pay and more competitive that other bids. She noticed on the photos there was some upholstery work that needed to be done, so she gave me an amazing referral to a company. She was concerned the cleaning may be better performed AFTER the repair - I love that she had the forethought to recognize this need and gave me immediate resources to help. This tells me Crystal not only cares about her business but she cares about her customers. The work was done on time and as quoted. They accepted payment via an online link. I would recommend them to anyone over and over again. Already hoping to have this service performed at least YEARLY.

Incredible results! George was very thorough and very professional. My floors have never looked better! Also very safe in regards of Covid-19 protocol. We’ve previously used another carpet cleaning company and they didn’t do half as good as fresh floors and more did for us. I highly recommend this company!

From start to finish, my experience with this company was perfect. The lovely woman I spoke with on the phone to schedule was very friendly and helped me pick the exact service I needed. Our technician George Gultz arrived right on time, was very friendly and professional, worked diligently and got both of our rooms finished in good time. The spots in our carpets from the dogs are gone and the rugs smell wonderful! Thank you so much!

I have used other companies in the past and none stood out, until, I called Fresh Floors and More. My daughter had stained an almost white carpet with Makeup and upon moving out I had to have the carpets cleaned as part of the lease. They did an amazing job. Truly amazing! The carpets didn’t even look that nice when I moved in. My landlord was so impressed she actually requested their information from me and she had someone she originally wanted me to use. Look no further! Excellent communication, prompt, professional and detail oriented. I cannot recommend them enough!
