I would love to give a better rating because I love to support local businesses, but I've had very poor experiences with Taylor Cleaners. They have ruined several pairs of flat front pants with incredibly deep creases that they then cannot fully remove. We have repeatedly asked and requested NO crease, even going so far as having them write it themselves on the bag we use for laundered clothes. I've brought the pants back, been very understanding and explained exactly what I'm looking for and what to avoid. Still, pants come back with deep creases that as of yet cannot be fully undone. Ruining customer's clothes and an inability to follow or keep track of customer needs/ concerns isn't ideal.

Instead of informing me that one of my coats was noticeably damaged during the cleaning process they decided to let me find out on my own. I turned the coat in for the owner to look at and contact me regarding the damages, I was never contacted in a 3 week period. I called back and the manager on the phone said they were waiting on me to contact them back. After we decided they would try to get it fixed she called back saying since I mentioned the coat was $300 that I should just pick it up and take it back to where I got it. When I asked for the refund and for them to cover some of the coat expense she said no. I told her to tell the owner to give me a call that this is now an issue I need to solve with her. I HAVE STILL NOT BEEN CONTACTED BY THE OWNER.nI definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND them.nnI normally don’t write reviews but I will go out of my way to review such a bad customer service this place has provided.

I have been taking my work uniforms here for years, and the staff is fantastic. They're also very nice to my dogs when we walk over for pick up or drop off. Always have treats ready for them. Thank you.

Had a pair of pants altered. 2 1/2 weeks to cut 1 inch off the length.

My husband is working out of town in Taylor Texas and he is very picky on how his clothes are starched...he has tried both cleaners and he has been very pleased with Taylor Cleaners how they respect their customers and for their customer service...no complaints at all for this cleaners...great job!!!
