The food here is great however it took FOREVER!! They are very energetic and the staff is all great. My food was very good but I have to give this rating because my hot sandwich took 15 minutes. The store was busy but not slammed and it was about 6:45pm. I watched a handful of other hot sandwiches get cooked and go out as “pick up” before mine. My son asked if we could just go to Jimmy John’s because it was taking so long. I’ll go there again for a cold sandwich because the service was great, food was good, and it was entertaining to watch their enthusiasm and yelling “hot sub”. Never again will I order a hot sub from here though.

Had a great sandwich but when we got home the other sandwich didn't have any of the toppings on it. However, after getting home and calling the manager he apologized and had me come in the next day. He made it back up to me and I'll be happy to go back and give 'em another shot.

Good sandwiches with the meat and cheeses cut to order instead of lying around for hours. Several choices of bread available. Decent amount of meat provided on the sandwich. Mostly intended for takeout but they have a few tables inside and outside. No drive-thru, plenty of parking. Better than some of other chains, especially the one starting with "S"!

Have been waiting and excited for this place to open here in St. George. Went in for lunch today and was very impressed. Let's just say I wasn't the only one that has been waiting for them to open. When I got there, they had a line out the door. But the staff they had working there did an OUTSTANDING job preparing all the orders, keeping things clean, and they had great attitudes as well. As for the sub, I got the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak, and it was GREAT! I'll definitely be back again.

Today was third time we have been to this store. Previously food was great but today was a big turn off. People who ordered hot sandwich that ordered after I did got their food fairly quick. I waited well past 15 minutes and finally asked girl she stepped back and said oh it is on the grill. The grill was empty, I could see it. All of a sudden it appeared, I asked if they had cut it, no so took the bag back and cut it. Got to car the sandwich had set so long the bottom was like wet dough, it was aweful. So disappointed.
