Good food. Just really long lines most times.
It's faster to walk in then drive thru...
Great food and friendly people. I highly recommend trying their new sweet potato waffle fries! Delish!
waited in line for 30+ minutes just to have them mess up a very simple order. ordered two beef and cheddars with no sauce and they had sauce on them. i called to politely let them know the order was wrong and they told me they were too short staffed to correct the order until the next day. i won’t be back 👋
edit: so they respond to this to "make things right" and the link doesn't even work. c'mon guys, you can do better.
They couldn't seem to get the order right but insisted they had it. Once at the window a different staff member Tra.... gave a lot of attitude when I asked him to repeat my order given the difficulty over the intercom. The food was then shoved at me. The drink was halfway full. The window was closed on me and I wasn't even given a chance to ask or offered condiments. I get it you work fast food and don't really care about your job. I've worked with janitorial staff that had better work ethic, customer service, and pride in doing a good job. No job is too insignificant to care about what you do and the service you offer.
