Whataburger

Not sure what has happened here. This place has gone down hill badly. I used to enjoy coming to this location. My wife and I placed an online curbside order at 5:38pm. Checked in at 5:43pm. At 6:04pm we called and they said they were working on it, they were short staffed. At 6:20pm I went in and said I wanted a refund, I had been sitting in my car for 30 minutes. The cashier said let me talk to my manager. She told him anything I couldn't hear. Cashier comes back and says I have to call an 800 number. I wait for 7 minutes by the register for the manager to give the number to myself or the cashier. Cashier was then running orders around to tables. Went back to the car and proceeded to call the 800 number for a refund. Had to explain the whole debacle to the 800 number. So we've wasted an hour and still have to go find food somewhere. And now we well have a 1-2 business day before we can get our $30 back. I will _never_ come back to this location. My wife and I saw the drive through constantly cycling cars in and out and on the inside a party of about 9 get their order. It wasn't sure to being busy. They flat out mismanaged our order and the manager wouldn't spare the 30 seconds to come over and try to make things right. We left the parking lot at 6:42pm, after getting off the phone with the 800 number to get a refund. Still never had anyone come out with our order or to check on us.

Very good, food was fresh and hot. Customer service was good too.

Good food fast, more expensive than I remember ed

Awesome food....updatenStopped by there this morning after work and ordered a biscuits and gravy. The biscuit was so hard that I couldn't eat it. Tried to call but no answer. 8-21-2020

Excellent location great quality food hot fresh made to order. Glad they're open. Wish the tables were a little cleaner. Thank you and God bless
