Great service and this young lady was extremely detailed and incredible in filling the order!!! She's the one from Burleson was 5 plus stars for customer service and great with conversation while making a sandwich. Absolutely would give 10 stars if able. Thanks for the great lunch and service

Subway is amazing I love that place this location is clean and are only serving take out pick up it delivery. The service here is great I will be going back. Great location great food serving full menu.

When I was trying to order a buy one get one free sandwich online, I was trying to scroll up and accidentally select the “place order” button. While that is on me, there should be some sort of order confirmation to make sure I want to place my order before I actually place it. Especially when this is happening on device as small as a cell phone. Not only that, but when I went to this particular store to try to explain the issue to the employees, they had no sympathy and disputed the fact that buy one get one free is even available online. And the app did show that you could do a buy one get one free. I also tried to call the store back before hand, and they did not pick up. Regardless, subway has lost my business due to the poor design of its app and the lack of help from their employees.
