Very professional and thorough both in communication and work ethic. I was referred to this company by a friend after using a couple of cleaning companies and i must admit that am very much impressed. Worth every penny spent.
Waste of Money!nI called to set up an appointment weeks in advance . When no one arrived on time I waited and then called , they told me they had no record of my appointment . I very clearly spoke with someone the week before telling them I had a time crunch and needed them to be there promptly at 8 . It was for moving out of my place and I was told they could get out stains , when I asked why he didn't get them out he just said they couldn't come out but i had specifically asked about it . I paid for stain removal and that didn't occur . Not only were they late , he didn't set up the equipment properly and my entire kitchen ended up covered in water . After all that when he went to charge me he didnt have the proper tools to charge me , not even a pen to fill out anything . There was no compensation offered for my time( hours late ) or the completely soaked kitchen . SAVE YOUR MONEY
I have always used Daltex Steam to help me with cleaning my rugs and furniture. Being a mom with three special needs, The carpets in the kids room and living room always need constant maintenance. this is the only company i will call to take care of it . I highly recommend the company. The owner is very professional and will show up in a timely manner
I was very happy with their carpet cleaning service, my carpet looked as good as new!The guy who came was professional and friendly. I would definately recommend them.
