Not really impressed with the lack of assistance in This store. You had better know what you are looking for and where to find it here. Customer service could definitly.do better by making it a standard practice to ask if you need assistance no matter if the customer looks like they know what they are doing or not. I went to look at doors and the guy seemed helpful but he provided me with inaccurate information regarding permits. I guess he really did not know or was assuming I would not check.
Customer Services desk have excellence staff. I was waiting on my BBQ Smoker. While going so. Many situations/people came up and the staff handles all of them with a smile. One young man was returning an item No Receipt okay. They asked for his DL he became upset. They young informed him of the return policies and smile the entire time. My husband & me went and bought a new lawnmower. Of course, he had already checked the mower out before we got there to make sure which one he wanted, but I had to approve, since I mow half the time anyway. Then we looked at the refrigerators so we can get an idea of which we want in the near future. Checkout was easy, the guy was nice that checked us out.
