Did a mobile order. There was a line when I arrived, however the gal behind the counter recognized I was only picking up and stopped what she was doing to give me my order. I love when people in the customer service industry pay attention to details. AND provide awesome service!

Was not happy with the customer service. I’ve gone two times and dealt with the same girl who was working as she was extremely rude to my friend and I. Just a thought if you actually listen to your customers when they tell you just a second, instead of rushing them by saying, “Well let’s start with what kind of bread you want” super snotty, you might actually get good reviews. If I was ready to order I would’ve started ordering when I got in line. Someone needs a reminder customer service goes a long ways. There was an hour before the store closed there was absolutely no need for the attitude.

Disgusting!!!! Went in last night. There were two young men working, one with his hair nice and tied back (good for him) the other with his hair all over the place. Another family showed up behind us and so messy boy jumped in to 'help'. Half way through making my husband's sandwich his cell phone rings so, with his gloves still on, he whips the cell phone out and starts talking on it!!!!! Not changing his now dirty glove he then reaches in and throws more vegetables on the sandwich. He is talking on the PHONE!!! Well making the sandwich. He drops something on the floor and bent to pick it up.....still no glove change. Then when his oh-so important call was over he then put his phone back into his pocket (still without changing the glove) and wraps up my husband's sandwich. He then (finally) takes the glove off and does the register. We grabbed our food to go and the little sicko pits more gloves on and jumps back on to the sandwich line..... WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS!!!! Gross!!!!!nnMy husband is a shy man and I have a temper. He was too embarrassed to protest and I was so pissed I would've started screaming if I had opened my mouth. Didn't even bother to give us a receipt either!

as you can see by my post it's been a year since I ate at Subway the chicken is nowhere near real it's only 50% or less real chicken meat so what does that tell you you can go on YouTube and look up the investigation
