Their food is always fresh and hot. I never get in a long line and the staff is very courteous. I just wish they would fix that huge dip before you enter.I tried their spicy chicken tenders on a whim today and had to pay for each tender because I didn't want a meal. I would recommend an option for tenders only since that is what they are most famous for.

I just wish y'all l could be consistent in the quality of food you serve. My mashpotatoes were soupy and gritty my chicken sandwich just wasn't t as good as I expected it to be. How are y'all l more expensive then chick Fila but only half of the time have OK food. I worked at Golden chick and I know how the things work in the restaurant. Nobody is either paying attention or cares about the quality of every meal that goes out.

Fast and friendly service. We get the 16 tenders family meal (2 large sides and 4 biscuits). Feeds my family of 4 adults with left overs for $30.

Food was not worth the money we paid for! Over $50 for a fish combo, wings that was so small that was over cooked and 3 pieces of chicken w/mash potatoes and we only got 2 chicken pieces with that order! Oh, and 2 large drinks. It SUCKED!

I'm not sure if I should blame them because I should have known better than to order fish and shrimp from a chicken place.nBecause I've been seeing the commerical on the TV about their Cod and shrimp, I decided to try it.nThe Cod was a very small portion and it was cooked to death. It was so overdone it was all dried out and the shrimp was also very small.nNow I'm at home trying to figure out what to eat.nn.
