We have only used them once and signed up for their inspection contract. So far office personnel and call out guy were really nice. I'm looking forward to a good working relationship.

This place is a joke now....At one time they were the best in town...now it's Rockin P Utility for all your septic needs...

Our septic system went into failure and needing replacing. I called 3 weeks ago and am still waiting on a return phone call. I left messages with the receptionist twice. Being a business owner myself, I know that this kind of customer service can destroy your business. I hope they can get their act together.
