We called this compnay along with 10 other plumbers during a horrible winter storm. We had busted pipes due to the several days of hard freeze & water being shut off. They updated their recording with a breif friendly message explaining the massive amount of calls & work they were dealing with. Asked that we leave a message. We left a message just like we did with the other 10 companies. They not only called us back the same day, but were the only ones to call us back. They advised they would add us to the list, but wasn't sure when they could get to us. We completely understood considering the circumstance. We did end up finding someone else (an individual that did plumbing on the side) to help with the repairs. Within 24 hrs of the initial call this company called back to see if we still needed them to come out. I must commend them for the amazing customer service. They were honest, didn't avoid the phone calls & followed up. Even though we didn't use there service this time we will make sure to call them for any plumbing issues in the future. Thank you guys for being available during such tuff time.

The Plumber has become our go to plumber. The office personnel is friendly & quick to get you scheduled. Our first experience with this company was about 4 or 5 months ago. We had just bought a new home. The deal was closed on the new house but because of the COVID19 we were several months delayed in moving. In the mean time, still in our old house, we started having problems with the kitchen disposal. Called The Plumber. Jimmy Stevens came out to replace with a new one. Very polite young man & helpful. A week later the new disposal quit working. I called The Plumber & they sent Jimmy out immediately. He got to checking things out & found that the electrical outlet under the sink that the disposal is plugged into had gone out. He called for an electrician to come out & check that. The electrician showed up within 30 minutes. He fixed the plug & then Jimmy replaced the, now, burned out, brand new disposal with a new one. No charge at all! NOTHING for both service calls, the labor nor the parts replaced. I really was stunned. We had been very unhappy with our old plumber.nI am so glad we called on The Plumber. All employees are polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I want to thank The Plumber for being a company that cares for their customers. S. Major

Had a drain stopped up on a sunday. Called and Jimmy came out and did a great job, very reasonable charge for a weekend call . My thanks for helping me out on a weekend. Wood gladly use them again

Friendly phone operator as well as ease of making an appointment. When an earlier time came open the office called to see if that worked for me. Jimmy called to let me know he was on his way here and fixed the problem quickly while explaining what he needed to do. Before leaving he took the time to ask about any other plumbing issues that might need to be addressed. I will keep this number handy and let others in my area know I’ve found a trustworthy plumber.

I had an appointment for 10Am to fix a back up. No call until 1:30pm when I had to call them. They show up at 2:45. They sent Jimmy who was polite and professional but didn't solve my stoppage. All he did was remove my toilet and ran a snake machine down the pipe but couldn't get it to the blockage. so he put my toilet back, charged me $355.00 and left the blockage. He called his company who said I would have to pay $371 to have a camera ran through my system and even more charges when they found the problem. When I tried to set up the camera service they told me it would be 4 days until they could come back! So I called Texas Premier Plumbers who charged almost a hundred less and found the blockage in my kitchen sink!
