Fairly safe and affordable with good sized dryers
The worst customer service I have ever had.. one of the big washers wouldn’t take the rest on my quarters and I had already put soap and clothes in it. there is no number to call when you have a issue and when u look the number up nobody answered.. if your a 24/7 place you should always pick up the phone.. this place use to be great but I guess they treat there employees like they do there business.. it has never been this dirty... I will not be coming back here and Iv been coming here for over 4 years... very disappointed...
Thank you for being 24 hours. Ice snow storm last week cracked several pipes. It was a clean place to go to get caught up on my laundry. .Thanks again. Everybody stay safe.nnL
This place is dirty and my laundry is locked in the big washer and all the numbers for this business go no where. .there's no one on site or any number to call to get help when the machines lock or when they take ur money .I have all my close in this washer wet and mildewing and someone will be paying for it all. Again there is no one working over nite and no one to help.The cleaning woman who comes in the morning is very rude and hateful . Would love to speak to the manager about her
This place used to be a great place to wash and dry your laundry.nLately, I don't know what has happened...the last two weeks, fabric softner sheets all over the floor, washing machines left with cigarette butts, and dryers with previous static sheets left in them...This place used to smell clean...used to have the cleanest floors. Please make it the Roys I had come to enjoy and appreciate doing my laundry at.nIts sad that it has become filthy...
