I have mixed feelings of this store. I love the majority of the products, though some items are overpriced (boots & clothing, especially). The downfall to this location is the store manager. We purchased a couple patio chairs which had a sign on them for $19.99. When we got to the register, they rang up much higher. The cashier, who could see the sign from the register attempted to do a price change, but needed a manager override. The manager came up tossing out comments that insinuated that we put the sign on the chairs to get them for a lesser price. Yes, he really did!!! He was squawking about how he was going to go watch the security camera, etc, etc. We just told him to have a good time to see that it is his staff (or himself) that messed up with the promo sign, not the customer. His level of professionalism was ridiculous, especially for someone in retail management. I am awaiting a response from their corporate office before I will walk back into this store.
Good products. Most made in USA. Good customer service. Reasonable prices.
I am so glad we got an Orschelns in Weatherford. They're great, such helpful and polite people. You can find what you're looking for, and if not they are great at helping you out. Even if they don't carry it they will help you locate someone who does!! Great place!!
