We just moved into our house and the carpets were pretty stained in places. Before our furniture showed up, we decided to try to get the carpets cleaned. Excel had a handy online booking system that was easy to use and their prices are very competitive. The gentleman who came to do the work was courteous and paid a lot of attention to detail. The carpets look new now! We are so happy with the service provided by Excel. We'd definitely recommend them to others! Thanks Excel!

Our real estate agent highly recommended Excel Cleaning. I do also! I thought there was no way the 20+ year old pet stains, and other stains would come out of the old carpet. Mike said he could get out most of the stains. He knew what was going to come out and what wasn't. There was one stain that I thought was paint, and I didn't think it was possible to remove. It was totally gone! In the end, about 99 percent of all stains were removed. We also hired Excel to clean all tile floors. The tile and grout looked amazing! There is no way I would clean an old tile floor again knowing that Excel can do it for a reasonable price. We were able to schedule the cleaning quickly, and Mike arrived right on time to do the job. The price was very reasonable, and less than quotes from two other companies. We are very happy.
Hired Excel to get the carpets in my condo ready for sale. They got me on their schedule the day after I called. Mike and crew were friendly, professional, and fast! My condo looked brand new when they were done with it!
