Took shirt in, made sure they could have it done by Thursday (needed it Friday but wanted to be safe). Was told that was okay, to come at 5pm. Went in that evening and was told it wasn't ready and would be the next morning. Went in the next morning and was told it wasn't ready and was currently being pressed and would be ready in an hour. Went back 2 hours later and was told it was currently being pressed and would now be ready at 3pm. At which time we will be driving to a wedding in which my husband is supposed to wear that shirt to officiate in. Ridiculous. No apology whatsoever, changed the story multiple times. Now I have to go buy him another shirt. Will never come back here.

Prices are VERY good.nOwner is friendly and kind.nService and turnaround is quick.nnNot sure what the other reviewer complained about. Seattle is filled with dry cleaners beating each other on price. But Andres has been around the ridge without price gouging like Shell or IGA (which closed after losing business to Safeway)

I have been taking my and my husband's clothes here for over 4 years. The staff are very friendly and take great care of us. The last item I took is my favorite t-shirt that I screwed up trying to clean a stain myself. They tried to clean it and it didn't come out either. BUT the owner offered to give a 2nd try but it didn't work out. However what strikes me that he even offered to give it another shot and didn't charge me for it. THAT is customer service!

We've lived on the Ridge for 10+ years and have been using Andre's Snoqualmie location on and off for all those years. In general we've thought the service was average and the price was above average. We lived in the Seattle area before moving to Snoqualmie. Dry cleaners were less expensive in Seattle. Over the past year the service has been terrible. Clothes aren't clean, shirts have wrinkles, etc. A few times we questioned if the clothes had really been cleaned. They had stains, etc. Note Andre's is a franchise and there are many locations in the Seattle / Bellevue area. We recently started taking our clothes to Snoqualmie Cleaners which is next to Star Bucks and/or IGA grocery store. We are much more happy with their service.
