I was looking for a place to clean our 2 off-white swivel chairs. We sit in them all the time, so they really needed some TLC to get them back in good shape. they came out in less than a week, cleaned the chairs beautifully and Scotch-Guarded them so they'll stay in good shape. The guys were professional and efficient. Thanks for the great service at a fair price.

I sent a message to them through google with a few questions. They answered within 20 minutes. We set a day and time for pickup for my area rug and a smaller, matching rug for cleaning. I'm on the South Side and I appreciate that they came by to pick up my rugs. They were courteous enough to call when they were 20-30 minutes away. When they delivered my rugs back to me, I received another courtesy call before arrival. My rugs were nice and clean with no overwhelming smells/scents to irritate my sinuses. Pleasant and professional staff, great cleaning and great price. I will definitely be using them again.

They did a fantastic job on our carpets, hardwood floors and area rugs. It was a huge job that lasted all day. The team were very professional, detailed, organized and over communicated throughout the process. It had been 5 years since we'd cleaned everything and it was obvious that the prior large cleaning company didn't do a good job as them found shampoo still in the carpets. We will be using them for all future carpet and floor cleaning!

They were wonderful!!! They called first to alert us they were coming - and came fully equipped with masks and booties. They answered more questions about the products as we wanted them as natural as possible. They did a great job and were so nice to talk with as well. Totally recommend!!!

They are amazing. We have used them several times and they never disappoint. My dog is getting older and can't get to the door as quickly as she could in her younger years. CCG has helped with cleaning up the spots and they do a great job deodorizing as well. They are punctual, respectful and do a great job! I highly recommend them!
