I love this Whataburger! I had stopped going to Whataburger because the quality had diminished. But this particular location is great! Not only were they open on Thanksgiving so people had somewhere to go including myself, but the staff was very polite and very patient even though they consistently had a line wrapped around the building. This location is about 40 minutes from me but when I want a good burger with a smile this is where I go.

I haven't eaten fast food in 13 years so my expectations were probably too high. I ordered something I didn't really care for, but normally would. Not the employees fault. I've just gotten too used to homemade food.

Tristan was the best person to work with on a recent trip to the N. Main Whataburger. I thought there had been a problem, but Tristan patiently took the time to explain it to me. I will definitely return here and recommend it to my friends and family in the area.

Just went through the drive through at this location. Online says the location is open 24 hours, all the signs say 24 hours. Waited 10 to 15 minutes in line, arriving before 10:00 pm. Got to the window at 10:08, immediately after another customer. Politely asked if we order at the window since nobody contacted us through the intercom. Young woman at the window wanted to argue about what time we arrived saying, “well we close at 10:00 now and you pulled up after 10:00” Turned away a $50 purchase minimum, despite the sign and the online information saying the location is open 24 hours. If the hours have changed, change your your signs and the online information. Or even let us know at the intercom, so we don’t waste 15 minutes of our time. Now we have to try to find another quick dinner after 10:00 pm and hours of travel. Terrible customer service.
