During the February 2021 ice storm that hit Texas, I was living in an apartment in Lewisville that was terribly affected by the storm. F6 worked on my apartment and fixed ALL my leaking pipes. I had a lot! They literally worked from 9am to 1am. I went to work at 2pm and they were still there when I returned home!! They made sure I had no leaks and hot and cold running water. I know that is very late to work, but that was how dedicated and compassionate they were for my situation! I was deeply moved by the concern they had for my catastrophic situation. I would recommend them for honest work, compassion and concern, and an amazing work ethic!! I will always remember the care I received. If you are looking for a plumbing company that actually cares and does an above average job, please call them. They won't disappoint.

We had some plumbing issues in our home and American Home Shield set us up with F6. Ryan was very courteous and explained everything thoroughly. They were up front the whole time. They were very careful to make the smallest mess possible, cleaned up and even told me about some preventative maintenance. 5 stars for these guys.

F6 Plumbing did a great job fixing my plumbing issue. Specifically I would like to thank Danny and TJ. Both individuals provided professional, on time and courteous service. Should I need future plumbing service I would not hesitate to contact F6.

After being without power and water for days due to the winter storm, I had a leak behind the washer. A neighbor and i had already located the leak and it was in a fitting, not the pipes. American Home Shield sent F6 Plumbing. I was surprised and happy that someone could come out as quickly since so many people were experiencing busted pipes. I told and showed the two men that arrived where we thought the leak was and asked if they wanted me to turn the water main on to check. They did not. They just looked at it, called AHS (who did not cover due to freeze clause in contract) and told me it would be 650.00. I was told that that was cheaper than it would should be. If they wrote it up as a manifold issue, it would be over 900.00. When asked about their hourly fee, they said it was just a flat fee for the job needed. I should have called their manager or owner at that time, but i needed my water fixed. I was afraid that it would be weeks to get another plumber out in the current conditions. The work took about an hour, parts were most likely less than 25.00--50.00. Both men were polite and personable and the leak was repaired, but i know i was price gouged due to the circumstances.nWhen i washed a load of clothes after that, the drainage pipe was clogged. i managed to get that unclogged, but in turning the water off and on, another leak was found in the faucet. Very old faucets and rusty hoses needed to be replaced and had to be cut out due to rust. i had another plumber come out and do 2.5 hours of work in cutting out, replacing hot and cold water pipes, faucets and box. Parts and labor and mileage (he came from 50 miles away) totaled 256.00.

Shelby, Derek, Todd and many others came to Lewisville to repair the horrible winter storm damage.nThey were simply amazing.nVery through, fixed issues other plumbers had messed up and were so nice. I went almost 12 days without any water at all and within 2 hours they had me up and going making sure there were no leaksnI Cant thank them enough!nGod bless these guys!
