This location on North Main has always had poor quality and customer service. It's not horrific like some other places I've visited. The dining room is typically clean and well stocked. The restrooms are clean. The quality of food and the service have been poor in my experience.
I adore this place a lot. there is a happy spirit. The food is marvelous. the service is dynamic and the waiters are well trained. The cost is decent. I definitely recommend.
This place is a joke. They are super rude the manager doesn't know what company she works for or have any customers service she didn't know store managers name or who her manager was but she was the manager on duty. Please train your employees better they are to follow the BLAST motto believe listen apologize satisfy thank . That wasn't the case tonight wanted to be rude with the customer
Food is good. Restaurant is very clean and the customer service is spot on. Everyone here is very nice.
The employees are always super friendly. They messed up my daughter's order and fixed it with no problem and threw in come cinnamon sticks. They are fast!! I wish they put more meat on the Chilli cheese burrito, they are kinda sad looking and really small, but other than that they are great!
