I will definitely give the lady working a 5! She was so nice and helpful. Amazing customer service from her. My dryer at home broke so I found myself here tonight. Unfortunately one of my boyfriends favorite shirts got a huge hole ripped in it somewhere along the process of washing/drying so he was pretty bummed. A couple washing machines were out of order and a few dryers. The attendant was checking dryers making sure they were hot, cleaning lint traps, etc and helpful when they weren't working properly. Overall a great experience until the owner came in around 830. I'm not a mask sheep so I try to avoid places that impede on my free will to make my own health choices and FORCE their ridiculous beliefs on me. There was no issue when I came in without one on but when he came in he made me put one on. I get people are scared but I'm not one of those sheeple who believe everything the lying media tells you. If you believe the mask helps, then you wearing one should protect you right?! Don't worry about me. But overall the amazing attendant made it a wonderful experience. Owner should probably read up on the Constitution.

I love this place and I drop off laundry too most the time, but it stinks in the washers my clothes dont smell really great when I get them back

Young lady was so helpful and nice and explained that the detergent I was using makes a lot of bubbles on the other hand the other lady kept yelling at me, like it was my fault , I have no way to control what my detergent does or how it works , and that lady was rude and kept yelling at me I rather go somewhere else now . Worst experience ever .
