My husband and I visited the Whitney, TX subway on Sunday, March 7, 2021 around 12noon. There were two staff members behind the counter. We ordered 5 footlong subs and on 6-inch -- all different. As we were placing our orders, the order line started getting longer and longer (about 8 customers in a 5-minute period came in) -- the staff did not miss a beat as they were joined by three other staff members and a Manager (?shift manager?). The staff kept the orders and line moving smoothly without a hitch, while also filling drive-thru orders. They did all this while being polite and attentive to each customer. The dining area was very clean, as well as the food preparation area. Not every Subway can claim these positive attributes, so I hope this review reaches the individuals who oversee this location from a distance. I misplaced my receipt so I'm not able to easily submit a survey questionnaire...but when I do find it, the Whitney, TX store will get high ratings from us! Whitney is a friendly town as it is, and the Whitney Subway staff are great ambassadors in the opinion of individuals like us from out of town.

Things would go alpt smoother if everyone worked as a team. You got 5 ppl and only 2 making sandwiches. Tabie did a great job with staying patient and keeping the beginning of the orders going. Not sure if she is new but she did an awesome job today.

Normally the sandwiches are delish, even online orders. I always note on my online order to put my sweet onion dressing on the side because I have a long drive home and I can't stand soggy bread. Normally no problem, but last time I had a soggy sandwich, not so good.
