I go to this location at least once a month...today was the first time that I wasn't satisfied with the service and meal.....I sat at the drive through window about 5 minutes before being acknowledged.... I could see the staff preparing orders which is good...but at least acknowledge the customer waiting to place an order. Staff member was very sweet once she came to the window. Koodos for that.... I ordered the cod and shrimp meal. The SMALL burnt piece of fish was not worth buying. But the shrimp was awesome. I requested the zing sauce but was given zing seasoning packets. I asked for a lg DP but recieved sweet tea.... Fries and slaw where great. I will go back again but not for the fish.

Okay. So..... we were passing through and decided to stop at this golden chick and my husband and father in law went in to get 16 piece chicken strips and some rolls. It took forever and the two guys cooking were boxing in the kitchen knocking stuff over and goofing off the whole entire time. They were out of mashed potatoes too. When we got our food to the car we checked it and and rolls were TINY, raw, and not even the right color or texture. They were super pale. We’ve been to several golden chicks and never have we ever seen rolls like that.... The chicken was okay. Between the service and the actual product they get 1 star. I’m so disappointed because we love golden chick! Someone please help this location!!!

My husband and I stop in last Friday on the way to my nephew's baseball game my husband went in to get some food. He came out 30nins later the guy who waited on him didn't have a uniform on he had sweats on with holes all in them a red sweat shirt. My husband got his food come out to the car his tenders were burnt the rolls were burnt. This was the only place to get food on the town. It was nasty,service was nasty didn't look professional at all when you come to work look the part!!!nnThe only thing that was good was the corn nuggets!!!

Not too bad for a gas station location, chicken was ok but the rolls could have broken a tooth hard, no expectations going in, then it will fill the hole
