Erika was very pleasant and did a thorough job. She answered all of my concerns. Walter showed up on time with the correct replacement damper unit that controls air flow to the third floor of my townhouse. He took a picture of it with his tablet and explained the improvements over the old damper unit. I was very appreciative of the extra time he took to explain other features of my system. I will ask for him if other problems arise. Bryan arrived on time, provided a reasonable estimate to replace the two remaining old style zone dampers and ordered same. He was able to return and install them the next day. He works efficiently and took time to explain fine points of the damper operation. I was very pleased with his problem solving attitude.

My AC went out in the heat of July at one of my rental properties & they came out to repair it at 9pm. They even came back the following day to make sure everything was working properly. Extremely responsive & professional. I even signed up for their yearly plan & they call like clockwork to make sure you're getting your money's worth of routine maintenance. Highly recommend!

This was my THIRD, wonderful experience with Village Plumbing and Air. Brandon Holloway was exceptional in providing professional, courteous, and informative customer service. He is a gentleman. I am very impressed with Brandon and can honestly say that every person I have come in contact with at Village has been responsive and understanding. Year 2020 has been so tough for so many of us and I am especially thankful to this company for their customer service culture, for the associates they hire, and for the service they provide. Bravo!

This team was great. They were courteous and displayed wonderful customer service. I could not have requested a better team. They explained everything they were doing and why it was needed. They did not appear to take any short cuts. They made certain that I was satisfied with all they did.

I see several negative reviews about the scheduling which I agree needs some work. I was told by our technician that they don't make appointments because when they are on a job they don't like to rush through it. It makes sense, but I think the ladies who take the service calls and or dispatch need to be a great deal more transparent and up front about delays and or cancellations. When a customer is in desperate need of plumbing or AC (KILLER TX HEAT) we don't want to hear excuses we want someone out like yesterday!! Our AC service technician, Bobby was very professional. Bobby was 5- star. The company's technicians are expected to be thoughtful and considerate of the client's home. The shoe covers were a plus. He was very knowledgeable about our issue and resolved it, for the time being. The AC unit is the original and we've been in our home since 2002. According to his assessment, which I trusted completely, We decided to get the entire system replaced. I wouldn't trust it with anyone but Village Plumbing and Air. Just need to work on transparency and communication, which I would rate a 3-star.
