Dawn provides such excellent service and has for years. Always helpful and pleasant. She is the reason I return each week to have my shirts dry cleaned.

Today, I came in to pick up a re-do because originally the spot in the shirt that I asked them to eliminate was not even touched so we sent it back for correction.nnUpon arrival today, the lady asked me for my cell phone number and pulled up the transactions for the shirt. It verified that I did have a re-do but falsely documented that I picked the shirt up, while in fact I didn’t.nnThat was a very expensive Supreme White T-shirt that is a high commodity in the Hype-Beast community. I usually bring my higher end cleaning to this store but that will never be happening again. I purchased this top quality Supreme apparel from StockX. Also, I paid the cleaning services for a shirt that I didn’t receive back and no refund was given.nnTechnically, I gave Pilgrim a free shirt and paid them to dry clean it for them.nnThanks guys, top notch service. ud83dudc4dud83cudffd

They change prices on you! Do NOT go here!nnDo NOT go to this Pilgrim cleaners! Their customer service is the worst! They charge different prices every time you go and then blame it on their employees and the manager says it’s nothing that can be done! I am beyond livid at the way that I was treated and the fact that I was charge triple what I was charged for the same exact items the next time.nnThe shoe hospital is okay, but other than that I will NEVER visit this establishment again.nnMarilyn is the manager and is very unhelpful! Seriously, I don’t see how they still have business! If I could do a minus 1 I would!

I have been a customer for several years. Very good service and long-term employees who make it pleasant to stop in to drop off or pick up dry cleaning.
