It took them three hours just to pick me up just to go to Kroger store and they there on there way i had to keep calling and i started calling them at 2:00 clock today and they findly pick me up at 5:30 today just to go to Kroger store on alexander dr really bad taxis service and now here i sit waiting on them again

Call to request to pick up my daughter from her job to bring her home. First the operator was not professional and then tells me dont go to dropoff point. I feel like that's discrimination if you service Baytown you should be as able to provide services not everyone is criminals,I as will pay customer. I never request your services again and who request payment upfront when you haven't delivered your services as yet.
