Thank you to all the hard working officers we do a great job of protecting and serving I appreciate your service. BAYTOWN police department have some of the worst offices who don’t know how to handle certain cases. They need to go back to training school to remember what makes a good officer. I had a situation call the officers out trying to follow up because of the nature of the case left messages to have the offer call me back and no call back. And the individuals answering the phone isn’t any better they have poor customer service skills when dealing with others. I pray I never need to call them again I rate my experience with Baytown Police Department as ZERO.

Baytown Police officers are always going above and beyond to keep the community safe. The equipment and lighting on the vehicles are state of the art. I'm glad I live in a community with such a great Police Department. Always 5 stars.

I got to give a five stars for putting up with me I'm hard to deal with I'm not a criminal but maybe I should be a crime to be me I love being alive I love having things that God gives me and this world is jealous and police are gangster

Numerous videos online showing the police beating up law abiding citizens. I called to ask how this was being addressed and they kept hanging up on me. I'm sure the lawsuits will bankrupt the department but until then, I'd avoid Baytown like the plague. The place isn't safe at all.

There were friendly . I love the new economical cuffs; they grip better . They opened every door for me and the vehicles were so clean roomy . I loved the jimmy dean with smoked American cheddar cheese . Wish I had a Togo plate to take with me
