I would suggest for you to go to a different cleaners. They burnt 2 of my blouses and couple of my mom’s clothes as well
They completely destroyed two of my dress shirts. The first, they burned the sleeves, and since it was dark gray shirt, the burned areas show up lighter giving the visual appearance of dust or chalk on the shirt. Not salvageable.nnThe second shirt they ruined in the same visit was due to broken buttons. I guess those can be replaced, but still upsetting that I have to deal with this when paying $30 a week to have 5 dress shirts and a couple pairs of slacks cleaned. These guys are amateur hour.nnWill be searching for new cleaners now. In the meantime, trying out the home dry cleaning kit by Woolite. We'll see how that goes.
The worst experience I ever had. I just move to the area I only been there twice the first time it look like they didn't even wash my pants. I told the girl the next day she told me sorry ok . I gave the another chance the following week on my dress shirts same thing happen again looks like they took my dirty shirt and put heavy starch on it .The lady told me you have to tell them to wash it very poor services I want try them again.
