Terrible customer service. The owner is hard to deal with and doesn't care about what the customer wants or needs and has a terrible attitude. Can I give negative stars?
I use Margaret's for all my embroidery! I've had 3 backpacks, and 3 beach towels done plus small alterations on children's clothing. They have always been very nice. Everything they've done has been great quality!nA little secret.... order your backpacks and towels from Pottery Barn then take it to Margaret's to be embroidered. They're cheaper and WAY better quality!

Absolutely pleased with the custom embroidery Julie did for me. Not only did I love the color and design, my daughter loved it too. She was so excited for the first day of school to show off her new fancy backpack to all her friends. I thought they were super professional and I will definitely be back to get other work done.
Always quick to get my alterations done. Highly recommend them.
