Efficient and functional.
I came here and I had two loads of clothes. One of them was 15 quarters and the other was 11 quarters. I started both just a minute apart but I could tell that the bigger washer wasn’t providing much water because the smaller washer had a lot of water. I went to the lady in charge as soon as I noticed that it was supposed to have more water like the smaller machine. Come to find out, they DON’T HAVE HOT WATER. There are no signs anywhere indicating that! She told me that everyone who goes there knows already. But how was I supposed to know when I never go there???nnShe said she wasn’t gonna refund me because the machine does work that I just had to use warm or cold water. She changed the machine to cold water but it still did not provide as much water as the smaller machine. I was upset because I had to go to work but I had to spend a longer time washing a load that didn’t receive a lot of water.nWhen the lady noticed I was really upset, she refunded my money, provided me a free dry and a water bottle for the inconvenience. She did help me take some frustration off. But all of that could’ve been avoided, if there was a sign saying there is no hot water. I would’ve left and did my laundry else where.
Good place to do loundery and very clean now and very good service
