This was a good experience. The drive thru line was crazy long so I decided to go inside. I saw the manager handing out orders and offering condiments, but he was doing it with a smile, while engaging in small talk with the customers. He had a great attitude, I was impressed.nnIn the back, you could see all the employees focused on their tasks, which explains why the wait time wad not very long, despite the very long line outside.nnAll in all, the food was great, what you would expect from a Whataburger. The atmosphere inside was very nice. It helped me to eat and relax a bit, before jumping back on the road.
Very good customer service!! Sweet tea wasn't sweet enough so they gave me some from the back. My take out order was taking a bit and the manager was on it without me saying a word. Puts other Whataburger's to shame!
Good place to eat.
There's nothing fast about this fast food restaurant. We waited 20 minutes for our order. Also ordered extra gravy and sauces that were all forgotten from our bag.
From the moment we order our big order we were greeted and taken care of the moment we walked in love the food.nGreat people.
