Extremely rude staff!nnMy husband and I approached the station July 5th at 8:35 P.M. to the clerk conversing with a lady outside who was not an employee. The clerk appeared to be doing outside duties and as a result had the store locked. She saw my husband, and never acknowledged his presence nor acknowledge that she would be right with us. She continued to empty every trash can and pile the bags in Front of the store......where my husband stood patiently and I acknowledged. The lady that was assisting her who again, was NOT an employee at least had the decency to tell my husband the lady would be there shortly.
This Shell station has 12 pumps that are new and clean. It also has a car wash. It's right off of I-10 and also next to a McDonald's. Eating places are nearby so it's in a very convenient location. If you need to stop over to stay the night, there are several hotels to choose from.
I walked In to the store to your employee being extremely rude
Very clean And nice
The girl that was checking me out at the register was new and you could tell that she was getting a little overwhelmed but she was very kind and courteous.
