I took a very fancy dress to be cleaned for my daughters funeral, not only did they finish it early but when I went to pick it up, they didn’t charge me. To me, for them it’s not just a business. They are truly compassionate people and I will always take my business to them. Very friendly, compassionate, professional and their work was exceptional. They also have a great sense of humor and laughed when my little chihuahua scared the employee as he was putting the clothes in my vehicle! Cactus cleaners will always hold a special place in my heart.And not just this time, I’ve gone to them several times and I have been pleased with their service everytime!

They are reasonable very busy the staff are very friendly and are quick.nPrices are comparable.
RUN!! I took my beaded gown from my son's wedding here for cleaning. Picked it up, put it in my closet. When I went to wear it again, I took the jacket off the dress and noticed the beading was literally falling off the dress, and threads had been ripped. When I took it back to Cactus Cleaners they offered a $10 discount on my next cleaning. Seriously?? Why would I come back?? My dress is ruined. Ladies, do NOT take your nice dresses to this place!
Cactus Cleaners may be good for pressing jeans, but do not take any dresses, jackets, or wedding gowns here. They will ruin your clothes and then tell you that you get a credit on your next visit. Terrible customer service..
