Could not remove a spot (tea or o.j.) on an expensive short sleeve shirt and not on redo, yet charged full price. Evergreen Cleaners in Silverdale removed it no problem. Worse yet, they sent me home with shirt first time and didn't mention spot didn't come out, which was reason for taking it there in first place. BAD!
I realized I had forgotten to pick up my dry cleaning that I needed for the next day and only had 5 minutes to get to the store before it closed. I called the number listed and got a really kind man who told me not to worry and that he would call the store I was headed to and tell them that I was on my way and not to close until I got there. I made it only 1 minute late and the gal told me that the person I spoke with on the phone was Corry himself! I was so glad that everything worked out and appreciative that even Corry himself still answers the phone and helps where needed. Thanks!
